Determination by D announced on 2019/10/20 show
I apologise first that the lack of updapte on this blog. I would like to update more translates soon. Especially after the show tonight, I really felt like I had to put more time into this blog.
Also sorry if there is any typos or grammatical errors. I don't even know if the whole thing make sense to you guys. But my brain is overloaded tonight that I don't even think I understood the whole situation...
After tonight's show I thought this needs to be shared ASAP as I want all fans of D to know what they have decided with their future.
It is hard to put them together in one sentence as ASAGI and the members shared a lot of information during the show. I could see that It was really hard for ASAGI to tell this to fans as well as to D's memberes.
All the tiny details aside,
Here is what you need to know.
- D is going to "challenge the maximum" on their 20th anniversary year (2023)
Little more details from tonight's announcement.
- ASAGI has been thinking of taking some rest or even retirement
- Last time D was in hiatus they had to go back active in a year because of some financial issues
- ASAGI thought that if D ever broke up it wasn't the right time to do so
- Members had meeting and decided to continue at least till 20th anniversary and to "challenge the maximum"
- They haven't decided what will happen after 20th anniversary year
There were so many things that went through my head when I was listening to ASAGI. It was almost like he didn't even practice what he was going to say. He just told everything that was in his mind.
Many fans were in tears and I also cried during their encore sets. The new single is a part of Vampire Story but ASAGI said that this song also depicts their feelings towards this situation. We won't know what will happen but members sounded pretty positive about it. At least though they now have a some sort of objective to work towards.
